1. Scope
These terms apply to ufw.dev and the content, communications, and services made available through it (together, the Site). In these terms, UFW means the operator of the Site and any business entity through which UFW operates the Site or provides associated services.
For customers in the European Union, the responsible entity is UFW Europe SAS, a subsidiary of Sidewatt Enterprises, Inc..
These terms do not replace a separate written agreement for professional services. Where UFW enters into such an agreement, that agreement governs the relevant services.
2. Use of the Site
You may browse the Site for lawful personal or professional evaluation. Do not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious traffic, or use the Site in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Articles, documentation, examples, and other material may be incomplete, change, or contain errors. Verify anything consequential before relying on it in a production, security, legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical context.
3. Content and intellectual property
Unless a repository, page, or other notice states a separate licence, the Site and its published material remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Publication does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish substantial portions of the material.
4. Enquiries and associated services
An enquiry through the Site or its contact links does not create a consulting, development, hosting, confidentiality, support, or other professional obligation. Scope, price, responsibilities, intellectual property, data handling, warranties, and liability for associated services are set out in a separate written agreement where applicable.
The Site and its material are provided as available. UFW does not promise that every page or associated service will remain available, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute relating to ufw.dev or its associated services are governed by French law. Subject to any mandatory law that applies to you, the courts of France have jurisdiction over such disputes.
